Just finished watching and I have 2 words for you to describe this whole film. DEFYING GRAVITY!

Maybe some spoilers in this......I actually never leave feedback/reviews on films I watched & I’m 17... but I’ve just never felt the way I felt after watching this movie. I don’t know what to say but the way this movie presents itself is so powerful & the way they portray life etc. is so beautiful. Soul really makes/made me rethink life & to not always listen to what others want you to do to fit in etc. but to really take in the small things in life & live life to fullest & not take for granted everything around you. 22 & Joe 2 completely different characters transcend on a journey to help find themselves & find there purpose/spark & even after Joe thinks he found his spark playing at the jazz club after he felt emptiness because he thought it would’ve made him feel better to have accomplished something he “really” wanted but in reality he was left half filled & that was a scene that really stuck out to me & really makes me ponder life & made me sad for him. Also 22 finally finding her purpose & personality was amazing for both adults & kids to see because it really can spark something inside both groups & it can possibly help guide you or you identify with 22 as a whole! Another thing that puts this movie over the top is the themes presented throughout the film like depression,purpose,personality, sense of pride for oneself etc. really gave the audience & me something to identify with & really makes this one of the best Pixar movies of the decade IMO.... also 22 I think was placed in joe’s body so he can take time & see how he is when he’s able to pay attention & so he can see how much joy people are in interacting with him etc. & it helps get his life in order & puts perspective on it (I didn’t find anything racially wrong with that even though people seem to think that’s wrong). The mature content, yes it very different & yes kids may not understand Hypotheticals & so on but it’s something to give the younger ones something to think about & they will understand further if they come back to the film in later ages etc. & they’ll find sense of comfort in certain themes presented. The ending was amazing & I liked the ending because it almost in a sense gives us the opportunity to put together our own ending to 22 & Joe’s life’s & how they’ll end up panning out ... & it just really made me choke up, I never felt so emotionally moved at the end of a movie until yesterday... I totally recommend this movie it’s just glorious & everybody did a terrific job & it’s certainly worth your time !!!!!
