Helen Bickle

Went with low expectations. Not a comic book follower. Usually fall asleep in cinema as always tired from work. This one... I did not close my eyes once. Joaquim phoenix was amazing, worth watching just to see a proper actor plying his craft. Obviously has been on a journey since I saw him in signs. Everything about this film was good, the writing, the score, the acting. A true telling of one man's decent into madness
