In the first week I made 11 recipes and they were all perfect. By now I've made about half the book. The recipes are delish, the pictures are accurate, the variety is great. Its a terrific book for us because we are not purely anything, but want the healthy choices that are included in gluten free, vegan etc and this is, like, a crossover book. It is processed sugar free, but the treats are a treat. I haven't bought a cookbook in years but this one is now solidly on the shelf with Oh She Glows and The Ultimate Food for Ultimate Health. (actually, its still on the counter) As I said, I love it.
