Violin Ona

I don't know why I thought that this was going to be ground breaking because it was more than 1 movie. I read the books and watched the first movie and omg, bring back the first. At least you kind of knew what was happening if you never read the book. Who are these people, what are they doing, why are they doing it. I truly thought the characters would be explained and explored without the voice overs. But the voice overs in the 1984 movie are so much better than what this movie leaves you wondering. Paul, a very young man who is apparently immature and unsure and weighs 125 dripping wet. Jessica, the beautiful Bene Gesserit witch who is tough as nails. Could you cry anymore? Thank you Duncan, at least you played the part pretty close to the original. Shadout Mapes, well at least they mentioned you, kind of - oops your dead. I am just so disappointed. Not sure why all the good reviews. It was so jerky and split apart, no flow at all. I have already forgotten most of the movie and I just saw it. SAD!!!
