It wouldnot be an exaggeration to say that "storywise it is the one of the best anime ever produced". And Lelouch is just the best anime character of all time.
Spoiler alert- And his concept of world Peace is just the best I've ever seen _ "The world should unite through a common cause, even if it meant making himself the whole world's common enemy"

Just three words, "WHAT THE HELL?". It was simply a hopeless anime. She kills people on her whims.
