Used to enjoy the calmness am news with a great cast. However, it appears that they’ve been told to be more “expressive”, jovial and loud, perhaps to keep up with other news programming. Also there are numerous subtle commercials for books, artists, entertainment groups etc. Surely there are more actual news bites that could be shared with viewers. Love Michael George, in fact, he could easily replace the loudest newscaster in the programming. Will try to find more enjoyable actual am news without having people jumping all over the set.

Can’t wait until Lester Holt returns. Never cared for Tom Llamas ( sp) as he’s too excitable as is his former counterpart. Was so disappointed to see and hear him on NBC.
