So disappointing as it could've been wonderful...and just wasn't. Although the scenery was beautiful and I found nothing wrong with the plot, the acting annoyed me, being very wooden and obvious in parts. It all seemed so contrived. Anna Torv, who I normally find gives an excellent performance, spent most of her time staring into space with a grimace. I just kept waiting for it to get better, and it never did.

I'm struggling with it (up to Ep3) I've watched Queen of the South and so far, have found it far superior to Griselda. The acting and characterisation was far more believable and realistic, whilst Griselda seems a little wooden and 1 dimensional. Hopefully it will improve.......

I enjoyed it, with reservations. I loved the plot, acting, costumes and sets, However I wasn't enraptured with the ending and felt it was rushed and unresolved. Was it a dream? Was it reality? If it was supposed to be reality, that would've taken a whole new set of episodes to portray. So yes, it was unfortunate, as I immersed myself in the rest of the series and was left feeling it was all a trite farce at the end.

Overall I found it to be disappointing. The acting, costumes and sets were superb, but let down by factual faux-pas and vital events that were glossed over or simply left out. The screenplay and script writing just didn't do Margot or Saoirse any favours.
