I used this planner last year and loved it. It was expensive but as a teacher, it was well laid out for planning. This year from the time I got it, the wire binder didn’t allow me to close it. Then the backing came loose from the planner. I wrote twice to let them know and to make things right since it is a pricey planner, I would expect they would stand by their product. I got no response to either email. Hugely disappointed.
