Maggie Moore

I had only recently watched the 2009 mini-series of Emma on Netflix, and wasn't sure if I would like this one, but I loved it. The whole cast gave it such a brilliant feel. Bill Nighy, Miranda Hart, and Johnny Flynn were just a few who gave really meaningful performances and brought Jane Austen to life so well. I rented it from BTTV (during lockdown) and will be watching it again tomorrow! I also cannot rate the music and the dancing highly enough, and was really interested to find that Johnny Flynn had written and sung the final song, which is sung in full during the end credits. Beautiful.
