Justin Cook

Earnestly, it does a pretty good job considering the source material. The MK lore has changed a lot over time and this movie does a great job condensing all of this into a coherent film. We get introduced to a new character (who isn't a Johnny Cage ripoff if you were worried about that.) There are a few leftover plot threads that don't go anywhere, but for what it's worth this is an enjoyable film and if you think you're the kind of person to like a movie like this, you probably will.
