Stumbled across season 6 on BritBox/Prime; watched it first because Kelly MacDonald, duh. 😁
Went looking for the rest and just finished binging seasons 1-5. Absolutely spectacular!
The 6 episode story arcs are awesome, gripping, wonderfully acted, suspenseful, etc. Plus, minor characters, even dead ones, aren't just throwaways. The continuity of the intricate storylines are amazing and something US television producers should look at, imho.
I can't find a single flaw except I hate that we don't know if there will be a seson 7 (I blame YOU, COVID!) - there needs to be, if only to wrap everyone up in a nice bow - Arnott's love life, Fleming's marriage and Hasting's career (I think HIS marriage is toast 😁).
Highly recommend watching. N.B. It didn't take me long to get used to UK police procedures, either. I found them interesting, if a bit formal.
