Anyone that takes advice from Jim Cramer is going to perform under market and pay more doing it. Often his thesis for recommending a stock is simply based on the fact the CEO came on his show and he now considers that person a trusted "friend". When real data comes out later that reprices the stock significantly lower he'll act like he never recommended the stock and he'll sell out the CEO like he never actually trusted them and always had an eye of suspicion. His only talent is in recognizing hindsight is 20/20 and he'll lie to his viewers to save face. Pay attention and you'll see examples of this over and over again. Real investors that make money consistently over market do not watch this guy. If you want to consistently perform over market, you need to find alternate sources of information and trading strategies.
