If this movie was just a work of fiction, I would give it 3 stars. But as it was a true story about Helen Reddy, I can only give it 1 star. Why? Well because her story shattered my belief of what I thought Helen Reddy was, a feminist. She may have written the song I Am Woman that became the anthem for us feminists in the early seventies, but how she lived her personal life, was a far cry from feminism! Meeting Jeff Wald, who was unemployed at the time, control her singing career, plus marrying him and allowing him to live off her earnings! Plus, he was a coke addict, and in the end squandered away all her money. She was no feminist
