The three first episodes are pure gold. I haven't for a while found something this cool, awkward and funny. Seriously, it's the bomb.

An impressive performance by the whole cast. The ambience, music and scenery capture the best of a british time and place that is lost in history. The mystery and drama is top-notch and beautifully sleepy. Not an action film, a dream of an old man with a promise for the young.
