This book is a quick and enjoyable read. WE Culture makes some very sound points and arguments to support those points; explaining the best tested methods to support you, your employees, and create a long-lasting environment within your business to keep your employees happy.
As I was reading this book, I felt tempted to purchase copies for every business with horrible reviews from employees. (I did have a specific corporation in mind, if you do as well get a copy for you and your boss for the upcoming holiday.) I believe every business, large or small, well off or having problems, should have a copy of this book handy.
And no, this is not another book that drags its topics telling you exactly what to do, which would make for a boring read. The author of this book added real life examples from his own personal experiences which were both interesting and entertaining. Its not a manual for how to do things, its a book of amazing suggestions, with a clear layout of the most important parts to holding a strong team together.
