I haven't watched it. Not sure if i should. I was kinda blown away by the cover and surprised how they portrayed Ruby. She is described as having dark hair, green eyes and a pale face many times. When I see the actress who is playing Ruby all I think of is "Rue". I loved the books and I like seeing an accurate portrayal of the character I picture in my mind. She was a perfect portrayal of Rue. She doesn't look like I thought Ruby would look and thats a big thing for me. I get annoyed when they change the small details of the characters we cherish, for no apparent good reason. Like Harry Potter having blue eyes on film when every book makes a huge deal about him having his mother's green eyes. Those little details bring it to life for me. We love and cherish these characters and seeing our fave books come to life is a dream come true. Those little details matter! The books are amazing and if you haven't read them you should!
