Absolutely loved this movie as a kid. Like someone else here said, I couldn't figure out what the movie was called for the longest time and was actually starting to think I made the whole story up, lol but yeah, I don't know if it would hit the same way it did 40 years ago, but It is definitely one of my all time core memory favorite movies.
