Im playing on a base ps4, and after playing the first few hours, I thought I wasted my money. The graphics flick between hellishly bad and muddy to beautiful for a ps4 in weird ways. The ps4 really wasn't designed for this... I also experienced weird gameplay glitches, odd animations and crashes, right up until I got out of the Prologue and into the fully open game. Bizarre but after the prologue, suddenly a lot of the frantically irritating issues all but vanished and I was actually allowed to enjoy the game, roaming the streets of night city, playing through the story thus far, getting into tense gun fights (hard mode) and developing my character has been mindlessly addictive. Some glitches remain but despite them, im in love. I would give this game 5 stars if it wasn't for the glitches and downgrade in graphics that comes with a base model console. Im currently building a pc as and when I can afford the parts and once my soul eating doom machine is complete, im buying cyberpunk on steam as this game is obviously to much for a wee console to handle. Maybe buy that time, the game will be patched into a full 5 star experince, either way i don't care, im looking forward to starting over in a truly beautiful version of nightcity as seen in the gameplay demos. CdProjectRed, you have made an amazing but currently flawed gem. Get it fixed and I will love you forever.
