My Review: Kalki 2898 AD "Kalki 2898 AD" is a visual spectacle that pushes the boundaries of Indian cinema with its futuristic setting and ambitious storytelling. Directed by Nag Ashwin, this sci-fi film boasts an impressive star cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, and Deepika Padukone. Visually, the movie is a treat. The special effects and CGI are on par with international standards, creating a breathtaking world set in the distant future. The production design is elaborate and detailed, immersing the audience in a dystopian universe that feels both grand and believable. Amitabh Bachchan, as always, delivers a stellar performance. His presence and acting prowess add a significant weight to the film. Prabhas, while a superstar in the Telugu film industry, still seems to be finding his footing as a Pan-India star. His performance is solid but doesn't quite reach the level needed to captivate a wider audience fully. Deepika Padukone is consistent in her role, bringing her usual grace and strength to the character. The film does falter a bit in its editing. There are moments where the narrative feels disjointed, and the pacing could have been smoother. This slightly hampers the overall flow of the story, making some scenes feel rushed or out of place. For those who have watched Marvel and other high-profile sci-fi films from Hollywood, "Kalki 2898 AD" might feel repetitive in terms of themes and visual elements. However, for the audience, particularly those in single-screen and non-urban areas, this film offers a refreshing and entertaining experience. It brings a genre that's not often explored in Indian cinema, making it a unique watch. Overall, "Kalki 2898 AD" is a fun and visually stunning film that, despite its editing flaws, succeeds in delivering an engaging cinematic experience. It represents a step forward for Indian sci-fi and is definitely worth watching for its ambitious vision and star performances.

"Dunki" was a major letdown; it didn't live up to the standard we expect from a #RajuHirani film. Instead, it felt like a typical Red Chili 🌶️ production. The story lacked depth, making it hard to connect emotionally, even after Sukhi's death. Although the songs were beautiful, they seemed wasted in a movie that heavily leaned on SRK, who unfortunately couldn't salvage it. Aside from a few laughs, the entire film dragged on, leaving me bored. I strongly feel my money deserves a refund. $$$

One of the horrible movie, not sure what was thought process of John and Milap was having while making this movie.
