Candace Owens lives at the intersection of internalized oppression and opportunistic con-artistry. I checked the book out in my local library, because I refused to give Candace my money. No way! Her writing style is elementary, at best. She makes very compelling arguments only to those who already agree with her conservative talking points, but need someone with black skin to state it in order to validate their own racism and bias. It’s unfortunate that many people of color are going along with her nonsense instead of looking further into the issues that plague poor communities across ALL races And it’s broader implications as it pertains to our racial economic system.
