I ordered a hard copy of this book, I placed my order on the phone! More than 8 months later, they have ignored me! I contacted them, they said I need to give them more money for shipping, and handling! Still no book, and they have my money! Shame, I was looking forward to reading it. 👎🏻 Read some of the bogus 5 star reviews, doubt most are real. Lots of reviews like mine.
