This was an interesting documentary about globalization and how technology will affect workers.
I saw a larger picture but it's just how I processed it. Globally, as 375 million jobs are set to be replaced by robots we may have to 're-think' new jobs or industries to keep people employed and busy. I hope this comment makes sense. We live in a world where most industrialized nations have populations that are already fed and clothed by mass production. We have societies where basic needs are no longer difficult to produce. All people can have basic needs but our current systems of course, requires the exchange of currency for these mass produced items that humans no longer make themselves on small farms. Governments may need to come up with new ways of putting people to work (keeping busy) and ways of making sure all can have basic needs. The point is..physical labor will not be in demand as much and there will not be enough higher tech employment for everyone. Nations will have to re-think the way their economies work. Systems will have to change and the idea of 'work' will have to evolve.
