Would you like me to tell you what the acting in this movie was like? BAD! That's right folks, clocking in at 1:49:37 of pure cringe, It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood was the most trite and emotionally void movie I've ever seen. Whoever wrote this garbage was trying so hard to make you cry that he forgot to write a good movie. The plot line was predictable even though I didn't expect a movie about Mr. Rogers to actually be a movie about a bitter, middle aged, man baby, reporter being a sad sack for nearly two hours. Seriously man, just get over yourself! Tom Hanks was playing Forest Gump as Mr. Rogers impersonating the Dalai Llama. This man was so calm he was bordering on comatose. Tom Hanks? More like Hom Tanks. Get a life.
