The stereotypes were expected, and yet run through with their trash, racism, and just pure Republican evilness. What was unbearable was this stupidity and the lack of character in Sophie, who was extremely quick to adopt and adapt all the disgusting Republican ways that she would’ve detested when in Boston and how easily she kept getting more and more entrenched in the depravity without ever questioning any of it, including sleeping with teenagers. She deserves everything she gets and more. And the woman and woman romance are across all the female characters is a little too convenient and stupid and not believable.

The crimes are too simple to solve and some of the scenes seem too simplistic eg when Annika tried to stop a plane in the water by driving her boat towards it- that plane could have turned to any side or even flown away; it was ridiculous! But she’s funny even though she’s a mess and Nicola Walker is always great to watch

Fantastic show. The case feels like I’ve heard of it before but it’s been done really well.
