I don't get why people rate this so poorly. What if they wanted to showcase the platform in a different manner and didn't plan to wrap things up until like part 3. You guys wanted an ending and rated it low because it wasn't that

Some people seem to miss the point of the show entirely because the show is practicing it's message from the beginning of episode one. You might find yourself asking why so much stuff is happening all at once while they're having these conversations and the answer is simply to make u see how little these worlds are really having an effect on people in the grand scheme of the universe and to the main character. Such big things happening but that don't matter at all because of how small we really are.

There really isn't a single thing wrong with this movie unless you simply came here to hate on a war movie. The movie depicted what it was trying to perfectly and didn't have a dull moment. But sorry I forgot we have to compare it to one of the most praised war movies of all times and rub dirt on it for not being that

Basically does what america has been doing since the beginning of time. Taking cultural charm and intelligence of story writing and Americanizing it. You may see people say "bad reviews are from people comparing it to the 2003 version" .... Well yeah that's what happens when you "REMAKE" something, it gets compared. But oldboy 2013 is enjoyable if you hate Intelligent films and love to consume americanized brain rot media.

Insanely disrespectful to horror films! Very unlikeable characters that make the worst decisions like we're still watching 1970s horror films. Each character was given very little time to show any sort of development or acting abilities because it seems the directors had them just screaming and making 1970s horror film decisions the whole time. The use of Leatherfaces chainsaw and the way he executed people was very brutal and honestly looks like some cool mortal Kombat finishers! I wish leather face would've used more than one face to keep it disturbing but that's a little thing. I almost thought the movie was satire at the bus scene when Leatherface gets on and they all start recording. After he begins killing them they don't do anything except smear blood on the window but all of a sudden the chick at the end opens a window and almost escapes after everyones dead ...... But nobody had time to do that while Leatherface was getting fancy with his kills. But ofc 40 people couldn't restrain Leatherface or while rushing him take his chainsaw.... THATS IMPOSSIBLE in the horror world. They're trying to make Leatherface supernatural like Michael Myers and I'm not a fan. Ofc he has some of that mental institution crazy guy strength but don't make him into something he's not. You guys designed leather face and did really cool things with him but it's literally everything else u did wrong. (Also about the bus scene everyone on the bus already knew something was wrong because they had everyone know not to leave the bus, making the bus scene seem like a cheesy "this is what would happen if gen z were in this situation" kinda joke and it makes the film feel like u don't care and are trying to be funny )

I'm not the smartest person but I picked up on this movies obvious and poorly executed message very quickly. The point of the movie is to portray a society in which animals treat humans like "animals". While this is a very interesting scenario I personally would like to see animated and done better the movie shoves the scenario down your throat, that's why it's so obvious. The movie is silent while the camera pans to the humans chained up (with 0 voice acting) and then to the animals in plastic masks (while animal sounds get played over almost motionless "animals"). I found myself skipping through the movie to find any sort of interesting scenes and none were found.
