Game is just one long grind for 1 item, I spent +900Hrs on the game and barely got anywhere, I was mastery rank 18/30 and that’s barely over half way and you need more so each level, so, spending 1 day waiting for a weapon to be made to max it out for a tiny amount of xp and characters taking about 3 days time to build and gives you less xp. On top of that I said the name of a hill which has an offensive name, I understand, and the context wasn’t in a bad way it was just the name because some guy said don’t search up the name of this hill, I went to support to try and get it reduced at least, they banned me until Jan 1 2035, 14 years! Over a cus, then they go and perma banned me when I tried to get my ban reduced, they will literally remove your entire account for a publicity stunt. You should also see how expensive the in game currency is, 240 platinum for +$30 and 2k platinum for $200, they have absolute scam prices for a CURRENCY, and their customer support took 5 days for them to get back to me, and the game is small and dying, so they definitely have the time, and some game breaking glitches etc, takes them years before they CONSIDER fixing it, they are very incompetent workers that make you pay absurd prices to barely afford a trash piece of equipment in game
