Never played a Dead Rising game before, haven’t played a lot of zombie or survival games. FYI I only played the opening chapter because it was expiring from Xbox Game Pass but I plan on purchasing it to play the rest of it. I enjoyed the overall mechanics, the level of hack and slash isn’t overstated. The weaponry is a lot of fun and the level design is intuitive. I liked the story too.
