I honestly think they killed the saga with this movie.
Force becomes magic (think Harry Potter), Leia turns Mary Poppins, Rey continues to be invincible and perfect, Luke is horribly disfigured as a character, there's a huge subplot that is entirely useless...
There's a ton of criticism going around, and I'd say most of it is well deserved. This movie is just not good, and I can't understand how movie critics are so in love with it. Money talks, maybe?
