Show is great! I follow recipes then adjust them to make them my own. Watched a show that had pizza peels. Just want to say if you use parchment paper under pizza or bread you won't have any issues with them sticking. You can grab a corner of the paper and slide it off. And then taking it out won't have any problems getting it out. And it won't change the outcome. Plus you can rollout the crust right on the paper.
