My husband and I both did the 5 day challenge and I lost 6 kilos. It was great having all the encouragement in the commentary and I have to say after day three I began to notice I had a lot more energy. I plan to do the 5 day challenge again soon using the same book.
I would recommend this to anyone. And by the way I managed to keep the weight off, by changing my eating habits which seemed easy to do after the juicing reboot.
