Worst Wes Anderson movie I've seen so far (but I didn't attempt The Darjeeling Limited). Beautiful to look at, but boring to sit through, despite there being SO MANY PLOTS and so many characters. All interaction is superficial, the dialog is stilted (per the usual in his movies, but this time it's especially robotic). It lacks any real kind of charm or meaning. I wondered what I had just sat through for two hours. What a waste of so many good actors.
