I don't care what others think. But to me it came of as cliche and predictable. Some of the characters like that pandit panditayin and chota pandit engaged in the most cringey slapstick comedy with the worst possible timing. The only good thing was Tabu(i never knew she could look so beautiful) and yes Karthik did good. But the story, comedy, climax everything was downright boring. Bollywood has come a lot ahead of such loud and melodramatic acting so in my eyes it was quite painful to watch at times.

I have only one question, who was Paris Jackson in this movie? The main character's mom? The female Jesus or the nurse? How can one person play 3 characters? I could go on and on about how pointless and utterly logic less movie this was but that would be a thesis so I just have this one single question which I hope will make people realise what a disaster this movie was.

This movie really started out good and then fell completely flat midway. The thing is they had good character, good story line,costumes and everything yet they couldn't utilise it at all. Kesley Grammar's acting was phenomenal and so was Jackson White's but the plot became so slow and jarring that it was painful to watch at times. Even the stellar cast couldn't help it at that point. The character of Cory had so much potential as a struggling singer of a struggling band yet her character gets dropped off the plot in the lamest way possible. I mean you get Michael Jackson's daughter for that role knowing that people would be intrigued but now it seems the directors only used her for clickbait. And the audacity to put her name in the first of the "cast" section, excellent way to grab viewers. You all know how to use people much like that boss in this movie.Such a waste of an excellent cast overall. At the end it felt like they were really forcing us to feel the emotions and cry but by that time you're probably like "yea We know how this ends just get on with it quickly"

I won't even bother to explain why I gave a one star😒. Everything about this movie is pathetic.

When it comes to the script and storyline, it's just meh. Nothing new. Bengali Zamindar households with their bhabi dewar interplay is a very common theme. Acting wise and visual effects wise is where the movie stands out. It was stunning. Still the blood red shots of the night was just too cliche. A hallmark of a good director is to keep things subtle instead of overdoing it. The night sequences were too much. The main actress did an outstanding job.. Parambrata's subtle gestures were a breath of fresh air. Overall a fairly good experience. Could have done without the last cliche sequence with the witch.

Prabhas I hope you realize that the audience in the North is a very tough cookie. They don't go by names anymore. Look at those fading Khans, all of their movies crashed disastrously in the box office for the past 6 years. Even Thugs of Hindustan with it's stellar cast couldn't save it's grace. It's the content that matters; a thing which was largely lacking in this movie. Select the script carefully next time and avoid trash directors.

Outstanding but not perfect because: 1. They should've brought back Jeremy Irons to voice Scar. The new voice actor just fell flat. Scar became boring as opposed to the sarcastic, humorous yet sinister Scar of the original. Be prepared was butchered 😠 2. Beyonce's spirit song was completely unnecessary as it did not fit the mood of the movie at all. And Nala did not give the "do me eyes" 😪 3. Rafiki was no more the eccentric wise shaman any more. He too fell flat. Other than that excellent movie. Mufasa's death impacted the same way as the original which was unexpected really giving the photorealistic cgi animal. Out of the world visuals and special effects. Hands down the best Live action adaptation of Disney so far.

Disgusting to the core. Nothing more to say. Bad casting, cringy over the top acting, and unthinkable distortion of actual facts. Sad to see a majority of people believing this is the real story.

Many adaptations may come and go, many big budget movies with ultra cgi may be made of this epic but this serie will stand the testament of time as the best adaptation of Mahabharat of all time. The casting was perfect! Especially Draupadi and Krishna( YES THEY WERE DARK YOU FOOLS WHO TRY TO PORTRAY THEM AS FAIR BABY DOLL CHARACTERS!) It's superb narration couples with the fact that it adhered to the epic as closely as possible makes it accessible to people who are unfamiliar with this epic tale. I learned almost everything about Mahabharat from here. Thank you B.R Chopra for this gem!

Having read the book "Karna's wife: The outcast queen" i was quite excited to watch this show. But soon my excitement turned into great dissapointment as the show quickly turned into a soap opera. Deviating from book for artistic license is fine but messing up the story line is not good. Bhanumati looks and talks like Ekta Kapoor's Komolika, and what's up with the mother of Karna huh? Since when did a humble charioter's wife become a dancer. Is this a scence from Devdas? Where Kiran kher dances dramatically only to be insulted and is Uruvi's mother Devdas' mother? Oh and did i mention that you entirely messed up the timeline? As Arjun was already married to Draupadi when Uruvi fiasco happened? Just to gain views and trp you all have stooped so low? You have no right to mess up the sacred characters of Ved Vyas. Continue this and this series won't last a year and if it does it'll be another Sasural simar ka
