Bittersweet mostly. The actors portraying Benjamin was so cleverly done, the make-up team did a phenomenal job of the ageing and anti-aging processes. Brilliant portrayal by Pitt and captivating Blanchett luminous as Daisy. Heartwrenching decisions between them both breaks your heart but I sympathised with the logic. Warm hearted and at times, funny. Great supporting cast and stellar direction. Brilliant production on all counts.

I thought it was rollicking good fun! Brilliant cast, and Chris Hemsworth is always a treat and great eye candy as well. Very clever special effects and laughed my head off at the dwarfs insults scene, too funny! I thought Hemsworth thoroughly enjoyed himself and had a good grasp of that old English accent. Charlize Theron played a chilling villain and Emily Blunt, luminous as always. Part fairytale, part spoof, part dark comedy/drama. Third time I've seen it on tv. I am hoping there will be a sequel!!
