The cinematography was amazing regardless of where it was actually filmed. It herds you back into the 1920's and then lulls you to sleep. I do not mind watching films that allow you to think or reflect. But, when the scenes are not complete and a hodgepodge of small vinegtes, you lose me. I would have liked to see the filmmaker pay closer attention to continuity and back story. The other reviews have actually help me understand the movie. I would have rather just read your reviews!
