I am absolutely in love with this book, its so honest about the struggles of Indigenous people, it greatly shows what it will be like if history is to repeat itself. It can help show what not to do to avoid history repeating itself. Frenchie and his little family have the most amazing and loving bond, with tragedy and heart break still not pulling them apart but bringing them closer. Honest stories of what indigenous women and men deal with active racism, sexual assault, and kidnappings. This book is now in my top ten books.
