In my opinion this series is truly a masterpiece, I watched the first episode at the first-time and did not continue to watch the rest of the episodes, I thought it is an ordinary series about love and conflict. After a few weeks I decided to give it another chance and MAN i was hooked after three or four episodes, and I had to rewatch it all over again to fully understand the events. The most amazing thing about it is the written script, Gokhan Horzum is a genius, connecting characters and events professionally. The chemistry between the actors, the director and action scenes are just wonderful. The downsides that I found were the long unnecessary scenes and the female characters are somehow weaker than the male leading roles. The emotional expression of friendship and brotherhood between the Kocovali brothers is overwhelming, especially between Yamaç (Aras Bulut İynemli) and Salih (Erkan kolçak kostendil)... and how their relationship had developed from enemies to best friends and brothers. Selim character, of course one of the best closed and secretive characters due to censorship laws in Turkey that forbid mentioning the GAY word, but it was written perfectly and played by the amazing actor Öner Erkan who in addition to acting, he also performed the songs related to his character and he was able to professionally express the sadness and agony that Selim was suffering which touched me personally deep inside. Finally the music part was just magnificent starting with the generic and later on with the songs played in certain scenes to emphasize the depth of emotions and increase the impact of the events.

good movie but not the greatest

i saw that the rating is so high so i had the desire to watch the series, unfortunately i was disappointed i mean it is a good series but not to that extent .

this series is the best that i have ever seen so far, i am literally addicted to it even after watching it more than three times (try to watch the original Turkish with subtitles). amazing performance of all actors . the characters changing with the development of events, the love stories included are mind blowing it made me cry and laugh. i rate it 9/10.
