I like this program a lot. I don't know why I like it. I know nothing about the hotel industry, rarely travel, and on an occasion in my lifetime that I've had an unacceptable accommodation, I've simply left and gone elsewhere. So, since this is not my area of expertise, it must be Anthony Melchiorri. He's really knowledgeable and I learn a lot.
