Amazon, for the sake of the health of the game, please listen. This post is for you.
When you release a AAA game with a one time up front price, what matters is the quality of the game.
When you release an MMO, what matters most is service. Trust in the company to make a quality and fun experience moving forward is what keeps people continuing to play.
Players left WoW in droves due to the lack of service and the hostility toward players, it's the primary reason you're getting people to buy your game.
So, when you ban people for submitting tickets, and copyright strike and attempt to de-platform content creators for making videos about bugs, I stop trusting you as game developers. I've seen this before, and I will NOT get sucked into that trap again.
If you want your game dead before the first xpac, keep behaving as you do. If you want your game to thrive, stop taking plays out of the book of the company people are fleeing in the millions.
