I have watched this show for years. I have been working really hard trying to understand why I no longer enjoy the show as I used to. I’ve now got it figured out. -the host. The current host takes so much time asking her questions that she seldom leaves time for her guests to give full answers. I’ve watch Ed show when Gwen Ifill hosted the show and enjoyed very much her crisp questions to guest and then her willingness to get out of the way for the guest’s answers. The same was true of Robert Costa. Recently there was a guest host for the show - and again that person talked much less and allowed the guest to drive the answers. I’ve just completed watching the show with the current hosts back and felt compkelked to give my feedback. Yamish needs to sharpen and shorted her questions so the audience gets the benefit of the guest rather than her talking.
