I loved Gaga in A Star Is Born. Of course, the subject matter of HofG is completely different, but I really found this movie a bore and with no likeable characters, whatsoever. Even unlikeable characters become likeable when acted well with a good story. The accents often sounded more Russian than Italian. I don't think it was just that I was over the movie early that it seemed like it lasted 4 hrs. But waaaay overly long. Just a little humorous note: Do they really think Adam Driver's character, with all that dough, wore the same pair of glasses, year after year?!
