I sbooked a ride from JFK to Westchester County. The driver cancelled my booking after I waited for 15 minutes. The booking information completely disappeared from the app. It took me a while to figured out that it was cancelled and I had to rebook. I waited for another 20 minutes. Guess what! Lyft charged me $4.00 cancellation fee. Absolutely ridiculous. I should have been compensated instead.
