The whole trolls franchise is very week in my opinion, the writers seem to be inexperienced in character development and pacing, every character no mater how quick the shot seems to have to be over the top, this gets very old and leaves no room any layers and an emotional investment. The story is so chaotic and random weekly held together together with pop music. It is lazy superficial writing. Of course young kids will enjoy it but will they ask to see it over and over like Shrek or Kung Fu Panda, both my daughter watch over and over and are movies my wife and I enjoy as well. All this money and time wasted making subpar art. The film makers need to step it up and learn more of their craft.
