I like the show and am intrigued but in each 1 hour episode I think I get about 10 - 15 minutes of actual new information. The rest is what I call "fluff" (continious flash backs, rehashing, what-ifs, etc... ) so as someone who has watched for a long time, I am finding the show harder and harder to watch with all of the redundancy.
