Hopefully writing this memoir has helped the author through all her issues with her Mother and men. No arguing the author had an unfortunate childhood and yet she prevailed for the most part and is absolutely an inspirational American success story despite being so emotionally confused and damaged. The author's story is incomplete and could have been so much better had the author swallowed her hubris and owned her own $&!@. So many footprints on the backs of many men along her journey especially on her X who she used to funded her narcissistic metamorphosis. He's the real hero and victim in this story.
