Awful adaption. They lost Dickens' beautiful intertwining stories, lost his humour and lost his subtle observations of human behaviour.
Felt completely rushed and messy. It's extremely hard to distil a Charles Dickens book into a movie; this attempt has failed. It's a shame because all the actors are very talented, but unfortunately let down by directing and scripts.
Anyone who has read the book will be very disappointed in this. If you want to see a decent adaption of the book, watch the TV series which features a young Daniel Radcliffe.
