I do not agree with the format. Chefs qualify by selection of celebrity and food critic Who may not be able to judge. For example the food critic from India called Dry fenugreek (Dry Coriander). Eggs with (Makhni Gravy) was considered as best vegetarian dish. Eggs are not considered vegetarian in India. In challenge round of coconut the winner was judged on not the main ingredient but for ginger. The winners of each challenge are Hero in my opinion as their cooking judged by an expert working Chef.
