This book provided me with an easy to understand explanation of health matters and tips on better daily living practices. Reading this book chapter by chapter wasn't necessary as I could skip particular topics and follow the themes which affected me at the time i.e. pregnancy. I enjoyed the practical health and wellbeing questionnaires and I found the book to take a practical and logical approach to living in general. The topics helped me focus on aspects of my health and wellbeing I'd previously not considered. I highly recommend this book to any woman who desires to improve their quality of life.
