I think it is terrible how the USNA Midshipmen present at the broadcast today (11/7/21) were almost all white men. A couple of asian men were shown. Otherwise no women, no POC! Terrible.
If equity is a goal, it is important POC see other POC in successful roles.
Disappointed.
