This was truly an amazing movie. The themes that are brought to light while it being a kids movie makes me so happy. “Even if the whole truth is there, it can still be twisted.” “The words you are called might eventually form you into them.” Overall the animation and storyline is great. I really really hope there’s a part 2. Y’all are making me giggle though. Taking away a star (or four) because of the kiss at the end is crazy, then defending it by saying “kissing shouldn’t be in PG movies.” Cmon now… You think kids don’t see their parents kiss?? The point of PG is that it may have some more serious topics, or humor, that kids would need their parents around for,,, not anything to do with being gay. People are even saying that the LGBT part of it is forced… really?? I honestly love how it’s not so dramatic with the kiss, like there’s no crazy build up to it, it’s just natural. I think it’s great in a kids movie because it’s 2023,,, times are changing, stop raising hateful kids.
