I bought my first Oliso iron which lasted less than two years. It leaked and the "up and down" function stopped working. It was also past the warranty. Thinking this was a "one of" and liking the stand up position, I ordered another one. This one only lasted 15 months. After reading the reviews I see that another person had the same problem. So now I have bought another iron which comes with a 4 year warranty and works better than the Oliso on the steam function.it is interesting that Oliso does not respond to any of these reviews.
